The type of personal information we collect
We collect personal identification data, including your name, postal and billing address, email address, phone number, IP address, and information regarding the pages of our website that you landed on. If you buy from us, we collect and retain information on the plants and planting essentials you bought. We do not hold credit/debit card information because it is collected by our card processors, who have secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you pay by cheque or BACS, we will note that on your records, but we will not retain any further information regarding your bank account. We collect information on your requirements and our recommendations during telephone calls.
How we get the information
You provide some of the data directly, such as when you purchase from us, and we get some of it by recording how you interact with our website, for example, by using technologies like cookies.
How your information is used
