Viburnum x burkwoodii is an evergreen shrub with attractive-- glossy leaves. In spring it is clothed with clusters of fragrant white flowers that emerge from pink buds. Plant in moderately fertile-- humus rich-- moist but well-drained soil in sun or shade. It will reach a height of 2m and a spread of 2m after 10-20 years.
