The Sorbus Discolor (Rowan tree, Mountain ash) is a compact broadly, conical tree or shrub with pinnate leaves with elliptic to lance-shaped, dark green leaflets turning yellow-red-purple in autumn. It bears white flowers in corymbs in late spring followed by orange-red berries.
