Prunus serrulata Royal Burgundy is a large deciduous shrub or small ornamental tree. The tree exhibits colours in all areas, the lance shaped leaves turn from a dark green shade to a stunning red and purple colour whilst all summer rose pink double flowers are visible even the peeling bark is an eye catching coppery red. This stunningly attractive tree is ideal for small gardens and its rounded spreading habit will add colour to any environment.
