The Carpinus Betulus (Hornbeam) is an attractive elm-like deciduous tree, which is native to Europe and Asia. The leaves are alternate and ovate rounded and dark green. In the autumn it will bear striking, yellow-orange long-lasting foliage, the fruit that appear are nut like. They will tolerate urban conditions.
