A lovely, small, slow growing tree that is perfect for the smaller garden, and can tolerate salt and pollution laden air making it a good choice for street lining and coastal regions. It had a rounded dense crown, with leaves that open out in spring as a wonderful pink, which develops into cherry green and then dark green as the year progresses. It reaches a maximum height of 8 meters, it is hardy. Thrives on all soil types, in full sun.
