Our RHS Premium Lavandula stoechas subsp. pedunculata, more commonly known as French Lavander is a compact evergreen shrub with linear, grey-green leaves, and small round purple flowers heads tipped with large purple bracts. It will grow in warm,sunny position, in well drained soil and is an excellent maritime plant. The flowers are highly scented. Good for drying. The plant will reach a height of 1m and a spread of 1m after 2-5 years.
