The RHS Premium Hebe Rakaiensis which is commonly known as `Shrubby Veronica` is a rounded, evergreen shrub with dense, glossy, bright green leaves and racemes of large white flowers in summer.
Although all hebes can tolerate shade, they flower best in full sun and must have well-drained soil with plenty of compost worked in to prevent the roots from becoming too dry.
