Common name: Red-barked dogwood `Spaethii`
 Our Royal Horticultural Society Golden and Green Leaves (Cornus alba `Spaethii`) is a selected form of dogwood that is deciduous, with brilliant red winter shoots and green leaves with an attractive broad yellow margin. Flat heads of creamy-white followers appear in late spring or early summer, followed by white fruits. In autumn, the foliage turns soft orange, the falls, revealing the upright, deep red stems. The colour of these shiny stems is best of pruned really hard.
