Golden Leylandii (Leylandii Castlewellan) is an evergreen conifer. It has neat-- golden foliage making it a good hedging plant. Although slower growing than the Leyland Cypress (Leylandii) it is still a fast growing plant.
This is a beautiful-- fast growing (average growth rate 60-75cm)-- dense-- evergreen conifer with yellow spray-like foliage. Like its better-known and even faster growing relative-- Leylandii-- uncontrolled growth can be a problem-- but it can be kept as a neat hedge providing it is regularly clipped in summer and autumn. May cause skin allergy.
