A compact, slow-growing, evergreen shrub wth arching shoots bearing oval, glossy dark green leaves, white beneath. Single, yellow flowers bloom in late spring followed by blue-black fruit in autumn. Suits most soils. Lightly prune, when dormant. Ideal for low maintenance hedging, banks and slopes or coastal areas.
