Commonly known as Red Leaved Norway Maple, the ACER platanoides Crimson King has large crimson purple leaves with red-tinged yellow flowers in early spring. A spreading broad headed tree which displays a claret red autumn colour. Fast growing with a height after 15/20 years of 7-8 metres (25-30 feet).
