Imported from the heart of Tuscany, this Acer Palmatum Bloodgood is a truly gorgeous plant, it is around 125-150cms tall, and will look stunning added to any garden.

The Acer palmatum Bloodgood (Japanese maple) is one of the best purple-leaved varieties, it can grow into a large shrub or small tree. The foliage is deep purple in summer, turning scarlet in autumn. Like all Japanese maples it is slow growing and provides wonderful autumn colour. `Bloodgood` is holder of the Royal Horticultural Society`s prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM)
