St. Johns Wort is famously known for its herbal properties and is used in supplements to aid with depression, working with the human bodies natural defences to induce a feeling of well being. Growing to heights of approxiamtely 1.5m, St. Johns Wort (Hypericum), produces beautiful saucer-shaped yellow flowers which thrive in partial shade, but are even more pronounced if grown in full sun.
