The Golden Privet (Ligustrum ovalifolium 'Aureum') hedges are a golden variegated form of the familiar hedging privet. This is a hardy Japanese shrub. The golden `Aureum` privet produces an excellent hedge, withstanding clipping as well as the green type, but is slightly slower growing.
